“Anna is masterful at teaching humans how to interact in clear ways with their dogs so we can all get along. As most dog owners find out, it is we who need the training. It has been a little over a month and the change in our household is a dream come true!“
Shinji & Ico’s Owners
“I can confidently assert that Anna has been instrumental in transforming my dog into an obedient family dog that is loved and adored by all. Anna has been readily recommended to any dog owner I know that needs help with their dogs.“
Jewel’s Owner
”I cannot say enough wonderful things about Anna and her incredible insight with animals. She is one in a million and you will not find anyone that will give you more knowledge and understanding of dogs. It is pretty unbelievable!”
Boone & Lilly’s Owner
”Moxie finally was ‘road tested,’ and behaved beautifully! Three months ago it would have ended in disaster! She pranced all the way home! She’s now a dog with many jobs!”
Moxie’s Owners
“We had first enrolled our dog in a group puppy class and it was a failure. After the three week course, she was even more fearful of people and dogs. My vet recommended that we work with Anna. After one consultation, she could walk by people and dogs exhibiting little fear. Her improvement is dramatic thanks to Anna… a gifted teacher of both animals and their owners!“
Zoe’s Owners
“It’s so much nicer at our house when the mailman, UPS, FedEx or any delivery truck comes! Like a breath of fresh air.”
Kenda & Romeo’s Owners
“It sounds so cliché, but working with Anna changed our lives. We’re actually “proud” dog owners now.“
Sage & Winston’s Owners
“We have worked with Anna via her virtual service and I am so glad to have her expertise on board. She has been able to give us a training plan and address specific concerns for our puppy and family. Don’t miss out on your chance to work with a wonderful, caring trainer who devotes her life to dogs.“
Duke’s Owners
“I will admit, I was skeptical at first to have online training sessions but I immediately recognized that it was actually more ideal than in person.”
Millie’s Owners
“By the end of the session I had a better perspective on communicating with my dog, and tools to begin changing his behavior. It’s made a huge difference!”

The Foundation
Behavior Is Individual — Always
Real behavior change begins with truly understanding the dog in front of you. Every dog’s behavior is shaped by experience, environment, health, and the unique relationship they share with their owner. When those elements are addressed together, progress takes root and lasts. When they aren’t, even sincere effort can leave owners feeling stuck.
Traditional training often creates progress away from home — only for it to fade once your dog returns and you’re left to maintain it alone. Without continuity, clarity, and guidance, momentum is lost. Paws with No Flaws is different.
With decades of hands-on experience in complex and challenging cases, dog behaviorist Anna Bolick develops fully individualized programs designed to create lasting change for your dog… not temporary compliance.
At Paws With No Flaws:
- Behavior is addressed where it actually happens — in the dog’s home
- Owners gain the understanding needed to lead change themselves
- Guidance adapts as behavior evolves

FAQs
Everything you need to know about Paws with No Flaws.
Does virtual dog behavioral training actually work?
Yes, virtual behavioral consulting works when it’s structured correctly.
Anna brings over 20 years of experience working with more than 6,000 dogs. That depth of expertise allows her to quickly assess patterns, identify root causes, and coach owners with precision, even remotely.
How do you create a behavior plan without meeting my dog in person?
Because behavior happens in your home, virtual sessions are often more effective. Anna guides you in real time, helping you become the clear, consistent leader your dog needs. Every plan is customized to ensure practical, sustainable progress.
What behavior issues can you help with?
Dog owners commonly seek our support for barking, whining, separation anxiety, destructive behavior, leash pulling, anxious behavior, housebreaking challenges, resource guarding, jumping, attention-seeking behavior, impulse control, and much more.
Is this suitable for reactive or aggressive dogs?
Yes. Reactive and aggressive behaviors are often rooted in fear, anxiety, overstimulation, or learned patterns — and they require a thoughtful, structured approach. Anna has extensive experience working with complex, high-intensity cases, including dogs whose behavior has not responded to previous training efforts.
Can you work with more than one dog at a time?
Yes. Multi-dog households are common, and dynamics between dogs often play a significant role in behavior patterns. Sessions can address individual concerns as well as group interactions, with guidance tailored to each dog while strengthening overall household structure.
How does the program run?
The program begins with a 60-minute Foundational Behavior Session where we assess your dog’s history, behavior, and goals to create a personalized plan. Ongoing support is typically scheduled in packages of three 30-minute sessions. The number and frequency of sessions are recommended based on your dog’s progress and specific needs to ensure structured, efficient results.
When are sessions available?
Sessions are offered Monday through Friday, with morning, daytime, and evening availability. Limited weekend appointments are available upon request.
Does my dog need to be present during the appointment?
No. Lasting behavior change happens when the dog owner understands what to do, how to respond, and how to lead consistently. The most important participant in the session is you!
Is there a guarantee?
No ethical professional can guarantee a dog’s behavior. That said, Anna has successfully worked with thousands of dogs, including complex, long-standing, and medically managed cases. With committed owner follow-through and clear guidance, meaningful, lasting progress is absolutely achievable.
